Picture 2.pngIt's my Anniversary! That's right, one whole year of eating better in smaller, more frequent quantities. Three hundred, sixty-five days of moving more and shrinking my carcass.

And shrink it I have- an embarrassing amount thus far with a face-reddening amount to go before I'm done. I was in pretty good shape less than twenty years ago and packed on the pounds. You see, the idea here is to go full circle rather than look like a circle. My goal is to drop those pounds and get back to a healthier weight.

I think I've been doing pretty good so far but I still have a ways to go.

I've stuck with it for a year and you know what? I'm sticking with it for the rest of my life. If there is one thing I've realized so far, it's that

It's a lot more around-the-clock than that. So here I am, rockin' 'round the clock. People tell me a celebration is in order. But what kind?
